Tushingham Moore are instructed on all retail and leisure agency matters on this 4.5m sq ft award winning regeneration project in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Spinnningfields comprises 2.3m sq ft offices and over 300,000 sq ft of retail and leisure. The scheme opened in phases between 2007 and 2010 with restaurants including Carluccio's, Giraffe, Pret A Manger, Wagamama, EAT, Shimla Pink, Strada, Bar Ha Ha, Café Rouge, GBK, The Alchemist Champagne and Cocktail Bar and The Avenue Australasian restaurant.

150,000 sq ft of town centre bar/restaurant/hotel scheme. Leasing, development and funding advice on behalf of ASK Developments. Conversion of existing Grade II listed former grammar school building.
