Manchester Arndale: Acting in respect of all professional matters for one of the UK's largest covered shopping centres. This includes responsibility for the rent reviews and lease renewals within the entire retail area, including Next's largest store in Europe and the Food Court.

We work closely with our retail agency team to maximise opportunities and provide a comprehensive asset management service.

We have represented landlords for the purposes of negotiating entire programmes of rent reviews and lease renewals in no less than 41 shopping centres throughout the UK, including locations such as Braintree, Boscombe, Leeds, Bangor, Chester and Warrington.

This is a specialist market sector for which Tushingham Moore are acknowledged market leaders. Key appointments include acting on behalf of Redevco in respect of a programme of 10 rent reviews for major stores created from the former C&A portfolio.

Other recent instructions on behalf of landlords include Debenhams' stores in Hanley, Bolton, Barrow in Furness and Marks & Spencer in Birkenhead.

Acting on behalf of the landlord for the entire programme of rent reviews and lease renewals for the food courts within Manchester Arndale and The Trafford Centre.
