Tushingham Moore are presently advising Grosvenor in the comprehensive redevelopment and regeneration of the Paradise Street Development Area in Liverpool ciry centre.

The £750m mixed use development is the largest single regeneration project in the UK, extending to over 42 acres in the city centre.

The eventual scheme will provide over 1.6 million sq ft of new retail/leisure facilities with associated residential development and will be completed in 2008, the year in which Liverpool will be the European Capital of Culture.

The practice has recently launched Tushingham Moore Commercial, an Office Agency and Development Consultancy department, based in our Liverpool Office.

The department will be actively working with colleagues, in Manchester, in identifying new and existing opportunities for our established client base as well as attracting new business to the practice.

As Liverpool matures as an office location it was felt that the time was right to add a little diversity to the practice and capitalise on the current optimistic climate within the city.

Key areas include letting office space, consultancy on refurbishment specification and rental levels, as well as identifying investment and new build opportunities.
